Emma received her B.S. in Math and Physics from Harvey Mudd College in 2023. She then spent two years at HRL Laboratories working on low-temperature characterization of silicon-based quantum dots. In the Bøttcher lab, she is using microwave techniques to probe the superconducting phases of 2D unconventional superconductors.
